Participation is curated and subject to institutional and individual vetting.
How it works
From application to confirmed place
01
Submit the application
Tell us about your institution, your role and what you would bring. It does not need to be polished.
02
Response within one working day
We respond with your participation category, the applicable terms, and any procurement documentation your finance team requires.
03
Vetting and written confirmation
Every application is subject to institutional and individual vetting. Submitted transactions are screened, and we tell you the outcome before confirming your place.
04
Payment
Delegate places and Nigeria Pavilion participation are paid by card when you apply, and refunded in full if the application is not approved. For other categories, no payment obligation arises until a commercial invoice is issued following your institution’s internal approval.
