From application to confirmed place

    Submit the application

    Name your executive sponsor and the institutional problem you want the clinic to work on. It does not need to be polished.

  2. 02

    Response within one working day

    We tell you whether the format fits and what happens next.

  3. 03

    Diagnostic call

    We confirm the format, the outputs and any readiness gaps, and make a conditional admission decision.

  4. 04

    Admission letter and invoice

    NGN 500,000 for one participant, or NGN 750,000 for two from the same institution. No payment is due until the invoice is issued.

The person who can commit the institution and act on what the clinic produces. Not necessarily the person attending.

3. Format and participants

Admission is by institution. The fee covers up to two participants from the same institution: NGN 500,000 for one person, NGN 750,000 for two.

4. Where your institution is

One or two sentences. The decision or constraint you want the clinic to work on. It does not need to be polished.

Bring it in whatever state it exists. If it does not exist, say so. That is useful information.

5. Invoicing

Fees are invoiced once admission is confirmed, not on submission.

  • What You Build

    Every module produces something your institution takes away and owns. Nothing is assigned as homework and nothing is delivered as slideware.

  • Participation

    General attendance does not replace institution-level preparation. Admission is based on an executive sponsor, a defined institutional problem, completed pre-work and the authority to make implementation decisions.

  • Sponsorship

    Several hundred Nigerian microfinance banks face a March 2028 compliance deadline and cannot individually fund readiness work. A sponsored cohort brings twenty-five institutions into one room and produces a documented position for each.

  • Faculty

    One asks what a supervisor would challenge. The other asks whether your method and governance can support the answer. The pairing is the product.
