ADD is where capital meets clarity.
Featured deal: TruckCity Annex
TruckCity Annex is a strategically located logistics hub 19 km from Lekki Deep Seaport in Lagos, designed to ease severe truck congestion in the fast-growing Ibeju Lekki Corridor. It offers a licensed 200-bay truck park, along with cold storage, flexible warehousing, and truck servicing facilities.
The project addresses a critical lack of transit parks and commercial storage, introducing short-term, cubic meter-based warehousing ideal for high-turnover importers. With signed agreements from major logistics players like Dangote, Jumia, and Konga, TruckCity Annex has strong demand assurance and a first-mover advantage—no competing completed facilities exist.
